SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

All orders are processed automatically in our central warehouse.

If you place an order today, the products will be dispatched the same day and delivered within one working day, provided of course that the products are in stock. Indicative stock levels are indicated for each product. However, in times of scarcity and instability, stock variations may occur. Always take into account the time of day and which products you wish to order.

Please note that some products have a longer delivery time, this is always clearly indicated with the product.

FRANCO DELIVERY

We only ship in the Benelux.
All your orders from € 150.00 (excl. VAT) will be delivered free of charge throughout Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

For deliveries below the free delivery border, we charge shipping costs:
* Orders up to € 150.00 = € 7.00 shipping costs (excl. VAT)
* Orders above € 150.00 = free shipping

STANDARD ONE-YEAR WARRANTY

The standard warranty on items delivered by us is one year.

Upon delivery of defective goods, they will be exchanged free of charge, provided you notify us within seven (7) days.

If items become defective after one year, you can submit them to us for repair. After analysis and possible drafting of specifications. In that case, please contact us first.
